Terms for using the Mega Mart website and Customer, Brand, Supplier, Driver, and Shipping Partner applications and services in Egypt.

1. نطاق التشغيل في مصر
تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام موقع Mega Mart وتطبيقات العميل والعلامة والمورد والمندوب وشريك الشحن وخدمات السوق والتسوق والتوصيل داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. ويخضع توفر المنتجات والتوصيل والدفع والمدن والأدوار لما هو مفعّل فعليًا في الخدمة.
2. الأهلية والحسابات
باستخدام الخدمة أو إنشاء حساب فإنك تقر بأهليتك القانونية وتوافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. يجب أن تكون بيانات الحساب صحيحة ومحدثة، وأنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وعن النشاط الصادر من حسابك. لا يجوز مشاركة حساب شخصي أو انتحال هوية أو تجاوز صلاحيات الدور أو الشركة.
3. تسجيل العلامات والموردين والمندوبين وشركاء الشحن
يتطلب أي دور تشغيلي تقديم طلب صحيح ومستندات سارية وإكمال التحقق والمراجعة. يجوز قبول الطلب أو رفضه أو طلب معلومات إضافية وفق المتطلبات المعلنة. لا يضمن تقديم الطلب الموافقة أو الحصول على طلبات أو أرباح. يجب تحديث التراخيص والمركبات والحسابات البنكية وبيانات النشاط عند تغيرها.
4. الطلبات والأسعار والتوفر
يعرض الموقع والتطبيق المنتجات والأسعار والتوفر بناءً على البيانات المتاحة وقت الطلب. قد يتم تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب إذا كان المنتج غير متاح أو كان هناك خطأ واضح في السعر أو البيانات أو إذا تعذر تأكيد الطلب.
5. التزامات السوق والمورد
يتحمل صاحب العلامة أو المورد مسؤولية دقة المنتجات والأسعار والمخزون والملكية والوصف والصور والامتثال وجودة التجهيز. تحظر المنتجات أو المحتويات غير القانونية أو المضللة أو المنتهكة لحقوق الغير. تخضع الطلبات وأوامر الشراء والمرتجعات والتسويات وسياسات التخصيص للحالة والقيم المؤكدة داخل النظام.
6. الدفع والتسويات والعهدة
يجب دفع قيمة الطلب وفق وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الشراء. قد تتم معالجة بعض المدفوعات من خلال مزودي دفع خارجيين، وتظل سجلات الطلب والدفع والفواتير محفوظة لأغراض التشغيل والمحاسبة والامتثال.
تُحسب أرباح الشركاء والمندوبين والتسويات ورسوم الخدمة والتحصيل النقدي والعهدة وفق القواعد والقيم والحالة المعروضة أو المعتمدة في النظام. لا يجوز الاحتفاظ بأموال محصلة أو استخدامها خارج إجراءات التسليم والتسوية المصرح بها.
7. التوصيل والمندوبون وشركاء الشحن
تعتمد مواعيد ورسوم التوصيل على العنوان والمنطقة والظروف التشغيلية. يجب تقديم عنوان صحيح ورقم هاتف يمكن التواصل من خلاله، وقد يؤدي تعذر الوصول إليك أو خطأ العنوان إلى تأخير أو إلغاء التوصيل.
يلتزم المندوب وشريك الشحن بقواعد السلامة والقانون والحمولة وحماية الطلب وبيانات العميل وإثباتات الاستلام والتسليم. حالة «متاح» تعني السماح بالتتبع الدقيق اللازم للمطابقة والتشغيل حتى تغيير الحالة أو إيقاف التتبع. يجب عدم تشغيل الخريطة أو قبول عرض بطريقة تشتت القيادة. يظل وقت العرض والقبول والتعيين النهائي والحالة على الخادم هو المرجع عند اختلاف العدّاد أو الاتصال.
قد تستخدم ميزات البحث عن العناوين والخرائط والمسارات خدمات Google Maps Platform. يخضع استخدام هذه الميزات كذلك إلى الشروط الإضافية لـ Google Maps/Google Earth وسياسة خصوصية Google.
8. الاسترداد والمرتجعات
تخضع طلبات الاسترداد أو الاستبدال أو الإرجاع لحالة المنتج وطبيعته والقوانين المعمول بها وسياسة Mega Mart. قد نطلب إثبات الطلب أو صور المنتج أو مراجعة حالة المنتج قبل الموافقة على الاسترداد أو الاستبدال.
9. الخصوصية والإشعارات
يخضع استخدام بياناتك لسياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على /privacy. باستخدام خدماتنا، فإنك تقر بمعالجة بياناتك اللازمة للحساب والطلبات والتوصيل والدفع والإشعارات والدعم والامتثال.
10. الاستخدام المقبول وحقوق الملكية
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو التحايل على الأمان أو إنشاء بيانات أو عروض مزيفة أو إرسال برمجيات ضارة أو جمع بيانات الآخرين دون تصريح. تعود حقوق البرامج والعلامات والتصميم والمحتوى الأصلي إلى أصحابها. يمنحنا المستخدم ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجة المحتوى الذي يقدمه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة ومراجعتها وعرضها وفق دوره.
11. التوفر وخدمات الغير وحدود المسؤولية
نبذل جهداً معقولاً لتقديم خدمة مستقرة ودقيقة، لكننا لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون متاحة دائماً أو خالية من الأخطاء. لا تتحمل Mega Mart المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الخسائر الناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
12. التعليق والإنهاء وحذف الحساب
يجوز تقييد أو تعليق أو إنهاء حساب أو دور عند الاحتيال أو الخطر أو مخالفة هذه الشروط أو فقدان الأهلية أو انتهاء المستندات، مع مراعاة القانون والإجراءات المنطبقة. يمكنك بدء حذف الحساب من الحساب > الخصوصية والمعلومات القانونية أو صفحة حذف الحساب؛ وقد تبقى السجلات الواجب الاحتفاظ بها قانونًا كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية.
13. التغييرات والقانون الحاكم
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو القانون. ننشر تاريخ سريان جديدًا ونقدم إشعارًا مناسبًا عند التغييرات الجوهرية. استمرار الاستخدام بعد سريان التحديث يعني قبول الشروط المحدثة بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ويتم التعامل مع أي نزاع وفق الجهات المختصة داخل مصر.

1. Egypt operating scope
These Terms govern the Mega Mart website; Customer, Brand, Supplier, Driver, and Shipping Partner applications; marketplace; shopping; and delivery services in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Products, payments, cities, delivery, and roles depend on what is actually enabled in the service.
2. Eligibility and user accounts
By using the service or creating an account, you confirm that you have legal capacity and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting credentials and activity from your account. A personal account must not be shared, impersonate another person, or bypass role or company permissions.
3. Brand, supplier, driver, and shipping-partner onboarding
An operational role requires a truthful application, current documents, verification, and review. Mega Mart may approve, reject, or request further information under the published requirements. Applying does not guarantee approval, work, orders, or earnings. Licences, vehicles, bank details, and business information must be updated when they change.
4. Orders, prices, and availability
Products, prices, and availability are shown based on information available at the time of ordering. Orders may be changed or cancelled if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or data error, or if the order cannot be confirmed.
5. Marketplace and supplier obligations
Brands and suppliers are responsible for accurate products, prices, inventory, ownership, descriptions, images, compliance, and fulfilment quality. Illegal, misleading, unsafe, or third-party-infringing products or content are prohibited. Orders, purchase orders, returns, settlements, and allocation policies follow the status and values confirmed in the service.
6. Payment, settlement, and cash custody
You must pay for orders using the payment methods available at checkout. Some payments may be processed by external payment providers. Order, payment, and invoice records may be retained for operations, accounting, and compliance.
Partner and Driver earnings, settlements, service fees, collected cash, and custody balances follow the rules, values, and authoritative state displayed or approved by the service. Collected funds must not be retained or used outside authorised handover and settlement procedures.
7. Delivery, Drivers, and Shipping Partners
Delivery times and fees depend on the delivery address, area, and operational conditions. You must provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. Incorrect address details or inability to contact you may delay or cancel delivery.
Drivers and Shipping Partners must follow safety, traffic, load, order-protection, customer-data, pickup, and delivery-proof requirements. Choosing Available permits precise location processing needed for matching and operations until the state or tracking changes. Do not use a map or respond to an offer while it would distract from safe driving. The server’s offer expiry, acceptance, assignment, and order state remain authoritative if a local countdown or connection differs.
Address search, map, and route features may use Google Maps Platform services. Use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
8. Refunds and returns
Refund, exchange, and return requests depend on the product condition, product type, applicable law, and Mega Mart policy. We may request proof of order, product photos, or product inspection before approving a refund or exchange.
9. Privacy and notifications
Use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using our services, you acknowledge processing needed for accounts, orders, delivery, payment, notifications, support, and compliance.
10. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not abuse the service, bypass security, create fake orders or offers, distribute malicious code, or collect another person’s data without authority. Software, brand, design, and original-content rights remain with their owners. You grant Mega Mart a limited licence to process content you submit only as needed to operate, review, and display it for your authorised role.
11. Availability, third-party services, and limitation of liability
We use reasonable efforts to provide a stable and accurate service, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error free. To the extent allowed by law, Mega Mart is not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
An account or role may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for fraud, safety risk, breach of these Terms, loss of eligibility, or expired documents, subject to applicable law and process. You can initiate account deletion through Account > Privacy & legal or the account-deletion page; records that must lawfully remain may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will publish a new effective date and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. Continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes will be handled by the competent authorities in Egypt.
