Delete your Mega Mart account

Start the deletion request on the web even if the app is no longer installed on your device.

Request account deletion

This page is the public account-deletion resource for the Mega Mart website and mobile applications operated by Mega Mart.

  1. In the app, open Account > Privacy & legal, or use the secure account-deletion button below.
  2. If you are signed out, sign in to the Mega Mart account you want deleted.
  3. Review the deletion information, enter the current account password, and confirm the request.

You do not need to reinstall a Mega Mart app to use this web flow.

Verification and confirmation

The current account password is required to verify control of the account. Review the information before the final confirmation; after successful confirmation, account access is revoked and the request cannot be cancelled.

Deletion and lawful retention

Account access and personal data are handled through the verified deletion process. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, payment, delivery, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or regulatory purposes. Retained records remain subject to the Privacy Policy; this page does not promise immediate erasure of records that must lawfully remain.

طلب حذف الحساب

هذه هي صفحة حذف الحساب العامة لموقع وتطبيقات Mega Mart التي تديرها Mega Mart.

  1. داخل التطبيق افتح الحساب > الخصوصية والمعلومات القانونية، أو استخدم زر إعدادات حذف الحساب الآمن أدناه.
  2. إذا لم تكن مسجلًا، سجل الدخول إلى حساب Mega Mart الذي تريد حذفه.
  3. راجع معلومات الحذف وأدخل كلمة المرور الحالية للحساب ثم أكد الطلب.

لا تحتاج إلى إعادة تثبيت أي تطبيق من Mega Mart لاستخدام هذا المسار على الويب.

التحقق والتأكيد

يلزم إدخال كلمة المرور الحالية للتحقق من التحكم في الحساب. راجع المعلومات قبل التأكيد النهائي؛ وبعد نجاح التأكيد يُلغى الوصول إلى الحساب ولا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.

الحذف والاحتفاظ القانوني

تتم معالجة الوصول إلى الحساب والبيانات الشخصية من خلال مسار الحذف المتحقق منه. وقد يلزم الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات لأغراض قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو مرتبطة بالدفع أو التوصيل أو منع الاحتيال أو الأمان أو النزاعات أو المتطلبات التنظيمية. تظل السجلات المحتفظ بها خاضعة لسياسة الخصوصية، ولا تعد هذه الصفحة بمحو فوري للسجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها قانونًا.
